Using the PCCC website
Find a bicycle, learn about the centre and get in touch.
- Browse the homepage to see bicycles currently listed for sale.
- Open a bicycle listing to read the available details.
- Use Contact for opening times, location and ways to reach us.
- Register and verify your email address if you want to request a reservation or send a message.
You can browse the website without creating an account. To send a message through Contact, sign in or register.
Logging in
Sign in to use your customer account.
- Enter the email address and password you registered with.
- Complete email verification before attempting to log in.
- Use the forgotten-password option if you cannot remember your password.
Creating an account
An account is needed to request a bike reservation or leave a message.
- Fill in the registration form with your details.
- Choose a password that meets the rules shown on the form.
- Check your email for the verification link and follow it.
- Return to Login once your email address is verified.
If the verification email does not arrive, check your junk or spam folder.
Your bike reservation
Review the status of a reservation you have requested.
- Sign in with your verified account.
- Open My reservation from the account menu.
- Review the status shown for your request.
- Contact PCCC if you need help with an existing reservation.
